St. Luke Parish is hosting the Totus Tuus Catholic Summer Camp the week of July 23-29. This is the first year the parish is the site for the camp that has sections for grade school and  junior high/high school students. We look forward to a full week of fun and faith with the leadership team (right) selected for our parish by the Archdiocese of Chicago.

New Manager Brings a Combination of
Business and Non-Profit Experience to St. Luke

St. Luke welcomes Daniel R. Szymanski, Jr., as our new Director of Operations. He officially started on June 19.

    Daniel grew up in nearby Oak Park and attended St. Giles Grade School, Fenwick High School, and the University of Notre Dame. He worked for over 15 years at Motorola, first as an engineer and then in various business positions in product planning, operations, quality management, and strategic planning.

    Along the way, he earned an MBA from the University of Chicago. For the past 10 years, he has been with Catholic non-profit organizations doing operations, financial, and fundraising work, including seven years as Director of Development and Executive Director at the Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation.

    We are very happy to welcome Daniel as the newest addition to our staff!
